Awakening the Next Evolution of Feminine Leadership

I am inspired to bring together remarkable, radiant, visionary women that are committed to making a difference, and that want to unleash their brilliance, creativity, and healing in a true, authentic way. I want to gather women that want to leave a lasting legacy in the world while honoring their innate feminine gifts in the process. I want to inspire an approach to feminine leadership that includes partnership with the masculine rather than separation, both within ourselves and with the men in our world.

Femvolution is a movement and a rally cry for women around the globe to awaken to themselves. It is for women looking to harness their power using a new paradigm that balances the spacious, creative force of the feminine with the directed drive of the masculine in order to bring ideas forth into physical reality and have a real impact on the evolution of our planet.

I am moved to awaken women to what is already true - that they are a divine wisdom carrier in their own right - and to guide them into the vibration of consciousness that is sweeping across the planet as our world experiences massive shifts. I am particularly excited to open a conversation to call out the next evolution of leadership that I am calling “Radiant Leadership” in the next generation of world leaders so that we may come together and inspire profound and sustainable shifts in the way conscious people approach leadership and change in our modern world.

Dan Millman perfectly summarized the essence of Radiant Leadership when he wrote, “As your own light shines more brightly, you illuminate the world.” I am committed to supporting growing leaders to step into their radiance and to be the light that guides those that are still struggling in the dark. Radiant Leadership appears when people unabashedly share their full selves with the world in the way that most inspires them and that is in alignment with who they are at their core.

Through my experiences as a leader in my corporate life, with transformational organizations, and in my communities I have been discovering for myself through a variety of challenges and successes what it means to be a woman leader with masculine drive and ambition and a distinctly feminine, creative, intuitive spirit. I am constantly in the exploration of what it takes to live as the balance between the two.

I have also been engaged for decades with intensive study in the areas of personal growth and transformation, communications, entrepreneurship and business, the creative arts, man/woman dynamics, authentic movement disciplines, and sacred spirituality.

I study the masters and I have trained with some of the best in these fields so I have many tools and ideas, as well as inspiration, to offer that can support you to unfold into the most extraordinary version of you as you were intended, and live a legendary, joyful life in the process. Femvolution is my voice and vehicle for that. This includes articles, programs, events, and resources from myself and other teachers and practitioners that I trust deeply.

Most of all, though, Femvolution is a conversation and one I would like to invite you in to co-create with me. I invite you to share your thoughts and ideas, and to connect with other people who are inspired by this. We are attracted to these ideas for a reason because there is a global movement happening. The Divine Feminine is finding its roots again on our planet and we have the special opportunity to be participants in this shift. It is likely going to look and feel different for each of us. So I invite you to share what this means to you.

Women, this is the new revolution: a planet full of women committed to their personal evolution and the next evolution of what it means to be a woman in the modern world. And men, if this conversation inspires you too, we’d love to have you!!
